Supervised Child Access Arrangements

I am a single mother to a 9 month old baby girl.I have never stopped the father from seeing her yet he rarely comes to see her every 2/3 weeks. he’s given me little to no money ever since she was born. i feel it is unfair that he feels he can come and see her whenever he feels like it and i’d like advice on how to arrange a time and place under supervision for him to see his daughter.

I do not trust him to be alone with her and myself and would like advice on how i can get him to a contact centre to see his daughter and arrange some sort of payment. As an unemployed parent i think it is only fair that he pays money seeing as he does work!. would really appreciate if someone could contact me and help.
