Six years of CSA stress

CSS claim started in 2008,

First payment recd January 2011

deductions of earning order set up due to non compliance Dec 2011

compliance official out to employer in Feb 2012 for failing to pay doe

Mp written to to sort this out from 2011 until this day as the employer still forgets to pay the maintenance every few months…

I’m not going into a long story, but will say that my ex does not see his children. After we split up he said he needed a break from the children for 6 months… I was hospitalised after having a breakdown 1 year later and he said he could not look after them due to his new life and my mum had to quit her university course and move across the other side of the country to have them. He made a few attempts to see them since then, but has never sent a card on Christmas or birthdays, has another child from another failed relationship and now we don’t know where he is.

Payment is meant to be every two weeks as this is his pay frequency, spoke to Bolton, nothing paid for a month, even thou its a two weekly doe, so its the employer not sending it in

He is good friends with his employer, and the company is dodgy, they fold every couple of years, write off there debt and start another ltd company next day.

So I spoke to csa, and they are going to pass it to debt team etc, so the process starts again

They also told me that as im ‘clerical bolton’ I will be closed down and moved across to new 2012 system as they have started this already.

I asked how much notice will I get? She said a few weeks,

I asked if it will be a smooth transition so no.gap in payments, she said there will be a gap… Great

I said what about the fact its deduction of earnings, doesn’t matter, it won’t be anymore

So she agrees i cannot set up a personal agreement as i don’t know where he is, and quite frankly i don’t want to speak to him ever again.

So 6 years of csa stress, will probably become 6 more years of CMS hell

All the csa customer services seemed concerned was the fact that the kept repeating that the charges for new system haven’t come in yet. My reply, I don’t even care about the charges at the moment, all I care about is stress, and the fact that the whole move across is going to leave me with a massive battle for anything

And I’ve just changed my address, so no doubt this change on my file will jump me to top of quece for being shut down
