Please advise me on the Child Support Agency
My name is mr stewart blair and my story begins in Christmas 2009 when my wife left me with 2 kids, a girl of 10 and a boy of 16.
I put a claim into csa in april 2010 after i did all the home work ie in tracking my wife down and where she worked, so the csa did not have much to do. After many a call to csa and letters iv lost count of, I got my claim started a month ago only dated jan 2011 no 2010 just 2011.
I asked why and got told ITS THE COM THEY KEPT GOING DOWN IN 2010, i even sent a wage slip that my wife had left at someone’s house to the csa and phoned yet again about this, and while i was on the phone to them, they give me some dates telling me they could not claim off my wife on these dates couse she was claiming benifits.
It was then when i told them to check the dates on the wage slip i had sent them proved she was working at the time they put my claim on hold couse she was getting jobseekers so it ment she was working aswell as claiming benifits as well as living with a partner who was on £500 aweek wage and that they should report her, i was told it was not there job to do that it was down to me, please believe me this is no joke all this really did happen and is down on the so called csa com that likes to take a rest 4 a year, anyhow getting back to my claim that i have only just [1 month ago] got started and are not happy with, could anyone tell me if i have a case and if i could claim any cash back for all the home work i did ie as in fares and phone calls and the stress and claiming money off the so called mother to the kids for 2010 couse when i asked the csa about 2010 i just got told they dont know why my claim only starts from jan 2011 couse its down on there com for 2010 [april] and that they can not do anything now for last year, is this right? can anyone help? is this becouse i am a single dad and not a mum why my claim as been delt with in this way?
