Paid for two children until ex put in a claim for CSA

The CSA are an absolute joke…for 3 months ive been waiting for them to sort out what payments i have to make because of an ex making a claim against me…april it started from.

I have two children 13 and 2 years old by separate mothers…i have paid for both children all there lives and happily did so until the 2 year olds mother through nothing but bitterness and jealously put in a claim to the CSA..

So they contacted me in april about this and so i set up a claim for both children because i thought it made sense to pay for both children this way…and 3 months on i get a letter and a phone call saying i hav to pay £44 for one child plus £44 of arrears each week again for one child..when the claim is for 2 children??? they said to me the case was closed by mistake and its there fault but yet i still hav to pay all this money and wait another 3 months to get the payments for 2 children correct??

They take from 19/7/12 £88 directly from my wages and i cant do anything to stop them when i cant afford to pay that much…it was there mistake so why am i havin to pay for it???
