Not sure if I am the father

Mother claims that I am the registred father of the children.

This is a doubt that remains to be determined. No tests to date but AI pay childrd support as to the childrens parentage, Numerous cheating aspects have been disclosed via friends knwing of the situation. Cas in under parenting orders orogramme in Australia.

No decisions have been made and the case is under the parenting orders orgramme in which they have for some level of mediation and conflict resolution.

To date I face numerous decisions as to the childrens welfare and education and a decision as to where your children attend school. I face denial of contact with the children and havent had any contact since 4th sept 2011.

I find myself in a position of refusal of legal aid and must represent myself or face $24,699 to have the matter dealed wit at a family law court level. I am willing to leave my plave of employ,ent in order to maintain a level of contact with them. Advice appricaited.
