Not impressed with CSA

Csa !!!! where do i start,been waiting a year for assessment of ex,he claimed to be unemployed , then didn’t give employment details,now hes denied kids are his, he wanted to put me forward for csa so he didn’t pay his ex loads,but now hes taken me of claim and i cant reapply.

Kids are 2 and 4 , haven’t seen him for 6 months,but wont agree to changing kids names to my new married name,case is with csa complex team,what ever that means.

Been ringing every month for 5 months and no one can tell me whats going on ,also had a women answer phone and as i supposedly got security question wrong put phone down on me,i have been very patient for months ,and now found out ex is paying privately for older kids as talks to their mum !!!!!

I think government need to rethink this csa,as sh*te always adding new systems so my details on old system ,not impressed at all.
