My frustration with the CSA is now beyond a joke

This is a letter I am posting today to the CSA. I have taken out of the letter names and addresses so as not to be able to be done for slander or any such like, but the frustration now with the CSA is just beyond a joke…18 months and court order to pay maintenance and still no money, causing all sorts of family problems at home with my children because of how ill it is all making me. My son ran out of the house and has only been gone 2 months we are now starting to talk again, so we will be working on him coming home. Now so very sick of the fight the CSA quite obviously have no real interest in 🙁 so saddened, yet another Government Body that is a let down to the real people

Dear CSA CONTACT,

Re: National Insurance number:

Further to your telephone call yesterday and the one on Thursday by your colleague, I cannot believe that you have the audacity to call me because of one phone call (THE EX) has made to you after all this time of the CSA not being able to get hold of him or get any response from him. He calls you to update information that is not correct.

Today is the 31 March 2013, I have been requesting help from the CSA since November 2011 and to date not even received ONE PENNY maintenance even after the award made by the Courts in January 2012, shows that the CSA are really living up to their appalling reputation!

You have given(THE EX), you know where he lives,(pays £4,300 a month on his country residence) you know what he earns , he works in (LOCATION) and he now has a new Company Director as of October 2012 to run his businesses (not free of course)(..HIS NAME…) from Liverpool and (THE EX’s) 22 year old son. You the CSA have allowed this all to happen because of the length of time you leave everything. All the CSA have done is make matters and are continuing to make matters worse, a public know fact! (THE EX) hasn’t even filed any accounts on a business he has been running now for 2 years along with all of the other 17 businesses he has recently resigned from. (THE EX) accountants, being at the (……………), or used to be.

Every bit of information you have on (THE EX) I have had to provide for you. I have had to write to David Cameron’s office copying in my MP otherwise all I would still have access is your call centers.

You, the CSA cap a man’s salary at £2,000 a week and yet it’s obvious he earns more. I wonder who made this rule?

The CSA and the government ought to look at the real world and the real people and go on sites like CSA HELL take note of what you are doing to families and people and what real people are saying about you instead of burying heads in sand.

All you have done is call saying you can get no response from (THE EX), but the minute he has all his finances in order and he has a little bit of information my son told him in confidence (after many years of (THE EX) having no contact or parental guidance with his children) that we had argued and having some time apart (I know this because I spoke to my son as soon as I put the phone down on you) you jump on the wagon immediately because the CSA only interested in THE EASY TARGET and yet its two months out of 2013 not 2011-2012 which is what you keep telling me is all you are fighting for. Confused!

How can 2 months out of 17/18 months make such a difference but you jump on the band wagon because all of a sudden you hear from (THE EX). The CSA can’t get any money out of (THE EX) because he is laughing at the Government, the CSA and their procedures because he has done his homework and can abuse the system, even after the Courts award, but for the 2 months of my son leaving me because of (THE EX) my sons words as he ran down the stairs were’…I HATE MY DAD IF IT WASN’T FOR HIM THIS WOULDN’T HAPPEN….’ and of course I should have added and because the CSA ARE INCAPABLE in doing their JOB, but paid well to do it!

(THE EX) had a fraudulent holiday mortgage on the family home three months prior to me contacting you for six months and I did not have any replacement maintenance for the boys during this time, but as I was not aware of this happening I did not call the CSA. Not that it seems would have done me any good anyway!

Having spoken with the police yesterday with regard to this matter as I feel (THE EX) is harassing me indirectly using the CSA and also through a close friend of mine, the police also confirmed that as I am receiving all of (SON’S) post and have his belongs in the family home he has not left home indefinitely. (THE EX) will interfere with this anyway he can to avoid payment.

You as the CSA are proving to be an additional advertised failure to this Government!
