My ex wife and the CSA

March 20, 2010

My name is Robert  and I am having a problem with the CSA. It all started about 7 years ago when my son came to live with me because his mum “washed her hands of him”, I then owed the CSA some back pay but because I had my son full time and my daughter every other week, I also went to the CSA and they said that my ex should pay me more than I pay her so we came to an agreement to cancel the claims.
Now that my son has grown up and left, my daughter, who is now 16, lives with her mum who has now after all this time and also has a live-in Partner of 8 years, decided to go back to the CSA and claim as much money as she can. I think this is disgraceful and would like some support from every angle in this matter.
I strongly think it is unfair that she can claim and win after I never took a penny of her throughout the time I had both children due to the original agreement made.
