My ex has been allowed to appeal but I have not – what can we do?

Have had similar problems to CSA taking into account my child tax credits to pay my partners ex.

As we are a new couple my partner has one child with his ex and I have 4 children with my ex. I can compare both sides of the fence.
We are suffering greatly with the pressure of the CSA. Issues are:

The CSA has allowed my ex to continue with overdue Appeals and didn’t allow my my appeal even though he has not paid anything to me for 10 years. Needless to say I am greatly in debt. A total contradiction between appeal judges eh?

My new partner has a bad back and been in difficult financial situation but they sent inspectors to our house and are now back dating claims to 2010 based on my child tax credit and taking the poor man to court for £5k.

Where is the sense in it all. Just feel like giving up work and all efforts to make ends meet. Dispair ….
