My ex and the CSA have taken it all

12yrs ago i was told by my wife who is now my ex that she was having a affair.

After getting divourced the court awarded her £120 per mounth, which i paid every month. Each year there after she has asked for more money because my daughter needs more… not a problem.

Last year i recived a letter from the CSA saying they were going to take me to court for back payment, the sum of £3500 for mone payment for the last 3yrs which ment a peyment of £400 per month.

I contacted them asking how they have come to this amount and that i have been paying cash for the last 11yrs. All i got back was prove it… i haven’t had a single recipt for proof, so i was told to pay it. So set up a direct dept tol the CSA, being self-employed it’s very hard to get payment from clients in time so did accure some arrease which i have caught up with. Not just that but i had a morgate to pay run my car, food, bills and council tax. Last year i got a letter from the CSA saying that they have a court order on my property and soon after my daughter said that she nver wants to see me again and that she was cganging her name to hae step fathers name…

This made mee very angry so i stoped the payments… now im being evicted by the 11th May. I ask the CSA what i could do to stop this and they said i have to pay £5000 to clear the arrease, tell me who has that kind of money just lying around in these bad times..!!!!

It seems to me that any ex partner can bend the truth to thier advantage to gain what they want and we are powerless to do anything.I was staying at my girlfriends, but now have to move out because she thinks i have not told her the truth because how the CSA word how they deal with every case.Through my deelings with them i have had nothing but hassle from them by playimg by there rules. The CSA should be shut down.
