My Devil Ex and CSA Hell

I have been a good father and provider of my family. I worked all my life ever since before I got married and a breadwinner or supporter of her when she was later in college (my ex) and her parents and my parents financially.

I worked straight for 18 years with no gap of unemployment older than my eldest daughter Patricia was 14 and Sergio was 6 of ages when we got separated.

Here is the summary of my story..

2004 nov – i entered uk on dependent’s visa under my ex-wife’s work permit as opposed when we were in Singapore, I was the breadwinner and sponsor to them as my dependants.

2005 mid – kids followed. They were 4 and 9 yrs old.

2008 last quarter – she got her indefinite leave to remain and because mine was only 4 yrs, they said i should apply after 1 more year. I got my new ‘resident’s permit’ visa on my passport WITHOUT the words that says on my previous one with ‘dependent’s visa of a work permit holder’ and it will be expired on 2013.

2008 nov – she accused me of domestic violence that i pleaded not guilty to the police and to the court. That there was nothing really happened but all lies and accussations that there was no evidence or even a tiny mark found on her skin that she can show to the police. But still, her drama was successful and i had been in police custody and not allowed to go back home.

2008 dec – we were scheduled for court hearings but she flew to philippines with the kids without my consent. I even requested to the police and the volunteered solicitor to not letting her go and take away my kids out of the country but she still did it the same time during her work holiday for a month.

2009 feb – she then arrange some of our properties back home, sold one of them, managing the income by her mum of one property we are renting out to people. This income goes to the kids bank account said my her mum as my support to them.

Then after just over a month, she flew back in the uk alone without the kids. She left them to her parents.

2009 aug – after 9 months of going back and forth to the court, as she still can’t prove her accussations and many excuses and adjourned hearing schedules, even the police imbestigators who represented her in court got annoyed to her many excuses and that the police officers cannot prove it also in the court and her solicitors, the judges finally dismissed the case. And the court even paid me a cheque for the costs that i’ve spent on going there for 9 months with a perfect attendance.

2010 aug – before this date, my ex-wife asked me to sign a consent letter for the kids as she want to take them back in the uk to catch the school term and visa expiration. I allowed her and so they were back 2010 august. they stayed almost 2 years back there in the philippines.

She didn’t tell me the exact date when they are coming and dont even know where they live. These kids were totally brainwashed by her and her family that i lost communication with them.

2011 jun – i received a letter from CSA that i need to pay child support and in fact before i know it, i already owed them 256 pounds then i will pay them the amount of 180 pounds per month.

For over two and half years now, i havent seen my kids who loved me more than their evil mother and who had been the breadwinner and a good supporter of the family, i worked my whole life for them even before we got married with no gaps of unemployment. She managed to purchased some properties back home for both our names and surely others with only on her name that she kept secret as she controlled all the money i earn every month ever since we got married. i never received my salary as it goes directly to her as she held all my cards the time we were together.

I didn’t do anything yet until now. I am working as Temp for a clerical job with a very little salary. I still have to support my ill father back home. Now she still want to get more from me. What shall I do now?
