My daughter has never received any help from her ex
My daughter who was left with two children high and dry with outstanding costs and debt has never received any money from her partner for those lovely children, and no one in the CSA can do anything. The CSA just keep filling her with rubbish excuses and just show how little power they have, She is owed about £21000 up to now,
People who do pay are driven mad by the system and how unfair is that and they do not let up on them so why not the ones who owe so much. Her former partner does not even speak to or see his children, he never has provided for birthdays or christmas since birth. shocking outcome for them and her but they are happy and he now has no rights over them at all, they are well into there life and doing so well, and she has a new partner who looks after the children like his own a star of a man.

@ Paul – i’m guessing your daughters ex is either self employed or ‘in and out of jobs’…. the CSA will not help your daughter because it will take time and resource for the idiots who work there to find him and conduct an investigation….
its much easier for the idiots who work at the CSA to victimise, bully and harass decent NRP’s who do pay for their child(ren) because they are on PAYE and they can issue DEO’s (under the pretence that the NRP is ‘non-compliant’), instigate ‘false’ arrears by tampering with the paperwork… it’s a much easier way for them to meet their targets than it is to find your daughters ex and make him pay…
it is absolutely appalling that a government backed organisation that was set up to ‘make absent father pay’ has failed in it’s objective and has been allowed to continue for over 20 years!!!!
It’s not right, but at least your daughter has found happiness with a decent man…. who is good to the children… 🙂

Its a sad plight on the world but on the bright side Alasdair he is accruing the debt. His day will come as will the day that he regrets walking away from a child…… it ill be to late and the wonderful man who is now supporting your daughter will take his place……….The CSA are crap but justice seems to have a way of righting itself thank god for karma….
