Made complaints against the CSA but heard nothing

My son is now 15. Over the last 14 years I have received a few intermittent payments including one doe that lasted six weeks. On the few occasions I received payments that stopped the csa didn’t bother to contact the nrp until I phoned and asked where the payments were then they would tell me the ni trace came back with no employer or one he no longer worked for. They never return calls or provide information until i prayer them countless times. It has now finally gone to enforcement because my mp got involved. What it boiled down to was they couldn’t be bothered because job jumping contracters are really hard work. I would have been more sympathetic towards the csa if he moved about but he has lived at the same address for over seventeen years.

They should have enforced years ago because now it turns out he hasn’t been paying his mortgage since the court order went on his house to secure the debt so now the bank will get the money not my son. By the way if they ever mention case sensitive to you, fight it. My case is sensitive and basically it means only one special person who has clearance can access your files and most if the time that person is ill on their day off or busy.

It makes finding out what is going on almost impossible ! I have been through the csa complaints process and have now written to the ice. I really hope they can help.
