Less than a pound per year for 10 years

My ex has paid approx £80 in 10 n half years to his son, just this year I have starting complaining a lot to CSA but all I keep getting told is ‘nothing has been done yet, we still waiting on other department to go through your file’ it’s all bullshit, I wasn’t bothered about the money but he couldn’t even offer me a few quid here n there when I lost my job so couldn’t afford to buy him clothes or new trainers that he seems to need every month being a typical lad.

I’ve got a separate bank account just for my sons money which I only touch when he needs things like new school clothes , trainers and so on but his dad is refusing to help out with any costs and CSA just keep fobbing me of over and over again n transferring me from one department to another, it’s getting beyond a joke now
