Kids in Dubai but CSA still wants my money

In october 2009 my ex won a case to take the 2 kids and live in Dubia with her new partner as he was working there already.

Now the csa have a rule in place saying if the caring parent leaves this jurisdiction then payments to them will stop, or so they say ………… anyway i contacted the csa and explained the situation and they said they would look in to it and they put payments on hold to her.

Months had passed and i was still paying the money straight out of my wages so i had no control over it. Anyway the ex and her partner split up and she returned to uk 9 months later i contacted the csa to find out about the money that was so called on hold and i explained i should be entitled to it back as she had addmitted to living there for the last 9 months after a lot more phone calls and messing about i was told i was to get the money back. I was made up as i hadnt seen the kids for all that time i was gonna take them on holiday and spend some time with them.

So i was waiting for the money for about 2 months and nothing came through so again i made another phone call and my case had been passed over to someone els and turned out they had changed there minds and was going to award all outstanding money to the ex because she had told them she went to dubia because she had deppression and needed to get away. Needless to say she had moved out of her house sold all belongings to start this new life abroad .And true to there word they gave her payments of my money which added up to 3000 pound so i hadnt seen the kids for 9 monthsand was 3000 pound worse of and the sickening thing about all this is the kids didnt see a penny of that money as she spent it all on her self where is the justice in that ……lets face it dads have no rights at all when it involves csa we are just banks to them …….

I am currentley paying 75 pound a week which has also gone up from 60 ….i have the kids every fri, sat, sun night and they stay at there nans my mums on mondays ……
