I’ve been told the case is complex but nobody seems to care

October 6, 2013

my story start in 2008 when my Ex partner and I shared the same house,He wrote to anyone that would listen that I did not live at same address.

At the time we had two children living with us.I had to pay for my daughter even though i explained that we lived at same address.I then tried to counter claim for my son and was told I could not claim as we both looked after him if this is the case we both looked after my daughter.I was told by an appeals officer that this case should not have carried on.In between there has been appeals from my ex partner and was never told to me.

I left the property in Dec 2010 with my son I claimed for him then was told that my ex was claiming some sort of benefit and that he was to pay me £5 a week which I havent recieved since may 2013.I have recently spoke to CSA who informed me that I owe my ex partner money as they had mis calculated dont understand this as they are the ones do the caculations .My Daughter became 18 in 2011 and the over calculation was suppose to be for that year.

My Ex owns his own house which is worth over 300.0000 and it state if property or money over 20,ooo could be taken into consideration but because he is on benefit CAS cant touch him.I have been told that this cas is complex but no one seem to care.
