Recently Moved From Yorkshire To Lincolnshire April 2013 Told CSA I Was Moving And New Job Details Done Everything By The Book Took Lower Paid Job Csa Would Not Recalculate Earnings.
Anyway August 2013 Got A Letter Stating Arrears Owing They Want Me To Pay It Off In 10 Weeks At £100 + A week Which Will Leave Me Over Protective Income Theshold Will Be Interesting If Employer Takes Full Amount Which Will Be 23rd August.
There Is No Way Of Getting To Work With Out A Car As I Live In The Middle Of No Where. Timing Could Not Be Spot On With Car Insurance Due And PSV Medical.

Keep everything in writing, as evidence.
Use all of the failings of the CSA in this case to highlight their intransigence and inability to factor your new circumstances into your ability to pay.
Then go to your M.P. with the evidence.
