Is this enough to appeal my tribunal?

June 4, 2015

I have recently received a Tribunal decision (20/5/15) and I understand I can only appeal if there is an error in law.

My ex has lodged a Declaration of Trust with Land Registry giving his current girlfriend a 25% interest in a house that he owns and rents out. This is purely so that he has less than £65000 in assets which the Judge put to him at the Tribunal, which my ex denied.

The Judge has then accepted this in the decision despite not seeing the Declaration and being told it was lodged and effective from 16th May 2015. The effective dates for which my variations were lodged were 30/3/11 & 30/3/12. I am assuming that an error of law has been made and these are grounds for appeal?
