Is there a way to make a complaint about a CSA staff?

Since the c s a went private i have had nothing but trouble.there cannot be any communation between themselves.they are very bad liers giving information out that they say they havent.i have just had a really unprofessional women on the phone who was extremely rude her tone of voice was very loud and affensive she spoke over me not listening to what i had to say.she eventually lost it and put the phone down on me.do they realise that they are playing with peoples lives.is there some way that we can complain.
