Incompetence just doesn’t cover it

This is my daughters story. Incompetence doesn’t cover it:

She is a single mother in Sawley and having serious issues with the Child Support Agency. She has been trying to work with them to make the father pay what he should be however still 2 years down the line she has received nothing. Failures on CSA part to organise court dates, find where he lives or carry out any form of enforcement have meant no payments.

Now after 2 years they have found him and just as the court date was due he has put in change of circumstances forms, she has now been told that it will take 12 weeks for her case to be reassigned to a worker and then after that 90 days to reassess it. That is another 5 months on top of the two years it has already taken to get to this point.
