I’m thinking about taking the CSA to the High Courts

December 16, 2015

I don’t know if you can help me.

I have a liability order. The CSA have taken £5000 from my bank account and need £16000 in total….which isn’t in my bank account.

My case has been complicated by HM Tribunal Services;

I had x2 appeals at HM Trib Services to determine my income, for the years 2011 and 2012(I work thru a ltd company, which I have had since 1998)

The x2 Trib appeals were to set my earnings for 2011 and 2012… only in 2015 did a Trib finally set a figure. The CSA then rolled the payment figures up for the years 2013, 2014, and 2015… based on earning for 2011, 2012. My work situation changed completely in 2012/3

So using the figure determined by the Trib ,….my company goes bankrupt in 2013 or 2014…I haven’t quite checked the figures 100pc, neverless the company goes bankrupt, all my business accounts are wrong from 2011 onwards…. which is crazy.

I did notify the CSA about my earning in 2013 but it turned into the same wrangle that resulted in a Tribunal Hearing for 2011 and 2012 !  The CSA dragged this out and kept asking for information that I don’t have, I was essentially repeating the same story previously in 2011.

Any advice much appreciated, I feel a bit stuck now !

I believe now the only route I have is the High Court…

Has anyone taken this route…and any advice…I see I have to appeal on points of law…

Thanks….
