I’m so fed up with phoning the csa every week to see what is going on, just to be told nothing

Right welll….. My daughters dad is a right nasty bugger, he works full time in the council. gets extra pay as he’s girlfriend is the manager there and yet he still wont pay for his daughter!!!!

The csa sent the employer a letter asking how much pay does he get. they replied and then when they wouldn’t return calls or the csa’s letters. they then said ‘oh, no he doesn’t work here’ total bullsh**!!!!!! im so fed up with phoning the csa every 7-10 days to see what is going on, to be told nothing!!!!! he earns over £500 a week and my daughter would benefit so much with the use of that money but no hes a selfish twat!

    Hi,

I’m in a similar situation, my ex’s employer was helping him to avoid paying its now got to the point where i’ve had to put a complaint in as im getting told so many conflicting stories each and every time I call.

Wish I could offer some advice but you have to keep on at them and if that doesnt work then try getting your local MP involved.

My husbands daughter has been living with us for 15 months now and we have been messed around for the entire time. We have received £125 in total throughout this time. We aren’t receiving anything right now due to the Csa messing us about and have worked out that we should get £25 a week from her mother. The mother runs her own business, drives an expensive car, has foreign holidays every year and regularly spends money on expensive things for herself lives in her mothers house and claims she takes home £1000 a year after tax. This frustrates us and we don’t know if there is anything that can be done to help our financial hardship?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
    Jenny
