I was made redundant but the CSA won’t reassess what I pay

I have A seventeen year old daughter and I have always paid my maintance up until I was made redundant from my job in May last year 2012. When I was in full time employment I was paying a hundred and two pounds a month.I informed them to let them no I would not be able to make the payments as I was resiving jobseekers allowance of £72 per week.

From June 2012 to December they continued to calculate it at £102 per month a wrote letters and several phone calls later they say I owe a £789. I have questioned this so many times and now they have sent balifs to my parents property and I am now having to pay this.

I do not owe this money,I have wrote two weeks back to the conplaints dept and I am still waiting for a reponce.
