I was happy but the CSA has made me want to give up

Hi i was working for an employer for several years where they was deducting CSA from my earnings it clearley states on my pay slip around a year ago the company went into receivership and that left me unemployed for a few months trying to scrape by.

Then i got a job that im currently at without any notice the CSA instructed my employer to deduct 40% of my earnings bearing in mind they instructed my pervious employer to do this but took the money from me but never forwared it to the csa.

As a result i was unable to pay my rent was forced to give up my home and this resulted in a relationship break down as we couldnt to rent a home i work over 55hours a week for what to rent a room in a shared house whilst my girlfriend was forced to live in a YMCA an hours drive away.

Also i must mention that she is disabled with myonotonic dystrophy type1 i looked after her did all house tures ect ….i was happy … now i just wanna give up ..!! cant stand it anymore.
