I want proper access to my children

Have been divorced officially on 2 nd March 2011.

we have two children Heloise 15 and Leo 10. They live with their mother who kept the 4 bedrooms detached house > I live about 50 minutes away in a flat.

My ex wife doenot want to work ( she could) and rely completely on state benefit and hassle at all time for more money.

Before the divorce we agreed and signed a document issued by the court , that we were both happy to have acess to the children in a amicably and casual way. However my ex wife make the rules and giving me acess to the children when she needs to be on our own with her boyfriend or when they are going away.

Recently it was 5 weeks with out seeing them.My children were asking to see me but she did not let them.

She also keep the mobile phone I gave and pay for monthly for my son so he cannot contact me and me not him !!

She gave many excuses to prevent me seeing teh children but often she does not want to be on her own as simple as that .Also when spending time at her boyfriends flat , my children are kept indoors or if out they spend their time at the pub with my ex wife and him drinking the whole day. Without prejudice I want to point out that this man is a heavy drinker (my ex did left him many times) and I did found out from my daughter that he drives from the pub after a day drinking session e then drive the children .Many others issues like swearing and calling me foul names in front out of my children ( too ashamed to mention on this email).

he also bully my young son Leo and on many occasion has been heavy handed with him.

Basically I want proper acess and visit to the children.I know their mother loves them , but they are not happy and well look after . I give 23% of my income to my exwife and more , but she still cant manage and is always threatening to go to her solictor.

the children alwasy wear dirty clothes, gaped shoes ( especially my son) I always to buys clothes and many others things as I do feel sorry and terribly embarrassed(redently my partner took my 15 years daughter and took her to have her bras fitted , the assistant could not believe the state of her underwears) saying it could affect her physical developement.

I very much want the Csa to support and help me on those issues as I am totally helpless at the present.Final point; my health has taken a “kick in the teeth” due to stress and I am offcicially diagnosed with high blood pressure, stress related confirmed by my GP.
