I just want to bond with my daughter

My daughter was boen in 2013 i pick upthat night and didnt see then for 10 days as her family was there as she is muslim my partner since then she has controlled my acsess eg cold no come ur house diearrayha not come ect.

Some times i might go a month ect at times to see her and now as time goes on i see her most week ends for 3 hours max but also have her other daughter which is not mine she has full control and often bring back early.

I fell un justified that i carnt bond my my daughter and i want see her mor i want take further action to see her but dont know the process to see and pay my daughter i have morguage bills to.
