I have positive things to say about the CSA – can this really be true or am I dreaming?

Can this really be true or am I dreaming? This on the face of it does not warrant being on here because as I said,on the face of it…..it actually involves me having positive things to say about the CSA. Not holding my breath that any of it will come true or be done lol…but happy to them the benefit of dought.

My story…I TUPE across the another job june the 1st and therefore wrote and sent via recorded delivery a letter confirming this and making it clear that I expected the contents to be acted on and confirmation in writing. I backed up this letter in a email as well ,furthermore I sent my local mp a copy of the letter as well as emailing him as well.

Well my god,it perhaps shows how the CSA can spark if you involve your mp??? I had a voicemail from a sue cotton asking me to call them to which I did. I spoke to a very very helpful guy called Jamie Scott who assured me that all would be done to ensure seamless transition from payment from old job to payment with new.He even went that extra mile when I complained about the DEO being in place where I had not been given any option to pay by other means. He said he saw no reason why I could not pay via DD since my payments were up to date and no arrears.he told me he would get Sue Cotton to call me back and confirm? I did snigger because of the track record of CSA promising to call back but never do. WELL to my amazment Sue did call me and she too was very very polite and helpful. I was staggered when she confirmed the DEO will be lifted and a DD set up in its place,she promised to call me back as soon as it was in place.

And so I have to say thank you to the 2 people I had a good experience chatting to today at the CSA namely Jaime Scott and Sue Cotton.

Could all this be a dream lol? Could this all be because I contacted my local mp and the south west area manager of the CSA Sue Lyth?
