I don’t know where to go from here

I am the parent with care of two small boys whose father is a consistent non payer of child support who did until April have a deductions of earnings order via his employer. In April he became self employed and went back to commercial building work where he earns very well. He has refused all contact with the CSA bar informing them that he would be self employed back in April. He is very confident that he will pay £0 towards the arrears he has built up and is not at all worried about ever paying a penny towards the children.

I am quite desperate now with mounting debts and growing boys. Even with the liability order going to court in a few weeks and the inevitable 3 x bailiff visits I can see now why he is so confident. The Child Support Act is virtually unenforceable. His pay cheques, so I am told, are being banked into a company set up by his new wife of which she is the director. I don’t know where to go from here….
