How can we make CSA listen?

My husband is now s/e he told them day one of this sent paperwork to back up this/money they wanted it on a form we done it.

They say they lost it or it wasnt sent so six months his kids got nothing now a default notice on his case.

How can we get nayone to listen tonight im meeting my mp we are at out wits end.
