How can they still be after me?

My son , who lives with my ex started working for a company it is an apprenticeship , he attends college 1 day a week and is paid full time hours plus plus for attending college.

My ex is still claiming child benefit , therefore the csa are chasing me for money , how can she still be entitled to child benefit??? Any thoughts?
