How can my daughter’s sister make a claim?

Finally after 10 years i have managed to get my ex to pay child support for our son £5.00 a week lol.

She has owned a cafe been on exspensive holidays ,paid for her other family to go abroad .but now i have to pay for my daughter who went to live with her sister ,after she walked out of my house telling me she was going to live with her mum .who then didnt want her and she went to her sisters.

I dont mined paying but she is working over 30hours a week and attending college for 16 .and paying her sister £75.00 a week rent .so how is it fair her sister can claim this.
