How can I stop my child from missing out?

I havent received a payment since june or could be before his wages get arrested but i still dont get money how can that happen.

Since the seperation i havent received a full years money i dont understan how they get away with it my child is missing out on alot of stuff as i cant afford to pay.

I would like this sorted asap because it has went on far to long with no explanation i phone csa weekly and still get no answers please help.
