I recently received a high-quality shipment of curated jewelry designs, but the attachment arrived with a strange error message saying the file was unreadable.
It reminded me of those sites like https://filescorrupter.com/ that people use to intentionally break documents. Before I ask the designer to resend them, is there any professional way to tell if a file was corrupted by a server glitch or by a specific tool?
I want to stay established and professional in my communications without sounding like I’m accusing anyone of using digital shortcuts. Any advice?
