Finally they’re looking into giving me a refund

Wrote to CSA claiming the Deductions from Earnings order they had issued last year was incorrect. The words I used were “Defective on the face of it”

No reply from CSA so issued a complaint in the magistrates Court. They responded 5 weeks later stating “the application is out of time” So, sent them a second complaint appealing the decision of the magistrates court and requesting the original complaint against the CSA be heard “out of time” giving reasons why it was not done within 28 days of the CSA issuing the DEO.

Just received letter from CSA indicting they were wrong to issue DEO for that amount and now looking to get costs of the MCOL application back as well as a refund.
