Ex works full time but my children awaiting money from CSA

After a year of getting in touch with the csa. To claim maintenance from my ex for our two daughters. Aged now 7yrs & My eldest is 13yrs in 3wks!& Not exspecting any birthday treats or presents! “How sad my both my daughters have no faith in the csa as well as non in their father! Even though a attachment of his earning were set in place in April this year! I supplied them with all the contact information they needed! “Why are we still waiting to receive payments ? ? ? Give up ringing up chasing it! As it was causing regular high monthly phone bills! Which lead to regular restricted services! I.E. Incoming calls only!Late payement charges added!Disconnected internet! – My daughters unable to do their homework at home!

Embarrasment & inconvienence of having to ask friends constantly for favours all the time, as well as having to ask to borrow money! = mental stress cruelty to myself & my children!”How many more are suffering the same??? & What are these people doing each day??? Not much work!!!”What job satisfaction do they get??? As far as management, team leaders, general call center staff. & Customer service goes its very very poor!!! “On a scale of 1-10 it achieve,s a 0!!! Should have mistery customers, like supermarkets, pubs,resturants!

Give them the incentive to give 100% to their jobs & clients-customers!!!”If the knew their jobs were at risk!!!
