Ex won’t pay maintenance because he thinks I get too much money!

I am on separation with my husband for nearly 6years. All what he contribute is paying mortgage only which is  £485. He doesn’t pay any bills or support the our children in anyway.

He was offered to pay me  £38 a week for child maintenance and landscaping refused. He thinks that I am getting a lot of money from child and working tax credits.

I work three nights a week and from the working agreement we agreed to is that he sleeps at the house looking after the children. The reason why he moved out was because he was abusing me because of money.
