Ex threatens to use the CSA to reduce payments

My ex husband threatens to lower the maintenance and get the CSA involved he is in the UK and I am in SA Can he do this as our divorce only become absolute in March?

I am also paying back all our personal debt in SA as he did not declare it during the financial settlement.
