Ex prevents me from seeing my daughter, what can I do?
I’ll make this quick as I can as it will of no doubt been covered before.
I broke up with my ex-wife about 3-4yrs ago which was at the time the hardest decision I have ever made but due to mother in law I just could not handle it anymore.
At the time of break up I never had a say in when and how I see my daughter I spent the most time with her due to my ex working 2-10 every day, so honestly as bad as it may sound wanted a better 50/50 agreement.
But as usual straight away she stated weekends blah blah usual.
Anyway to cut a long story short I have not seen my daughter in 3yrs but have tried in numerous ways to gain access but money has been an issue, I had fallen behind at one point due to being unemployed, I sat and worked it all out that in 38wks I would be back on track, but when I call them the say I still due more money?? really do not get that but hey.
I have started a new job with better pay etc but its making me worse off than my lower previous paid job? it sickens me cause more to the point I have got my solicitor over the last 3 weeks to send out 3 letters to which no response.
Why cant the CSA look at this and agree that if you are trying to see your daughter but your ex is not doing anything or even interested and you produced evidence you should lower the payments?
She is getting re-married in Florida due to my new job still awaiting newer calculations, but she has been on to the CSA rapido askig were is my money??
I’m struggling like hell and shes having a holiday every year latest of gear on etc.
My Mum and Dad get to see her and when they do all she does is ask about me, they just keep saying ask your Mum.
So the question is what can you do with courts regarding the above if she still prevents me from seeing my daughter? and also regarding the CSA?
I written to my local MP …. no response though.
Thanks for reading no doubt there will be spelling mistakes etc as doing this on my mobile.
And unfortunately I bet there is really nothing anyone can do about the CSA really which they would just $%%^&££^& you get the idea
