Ex evades the CSA

I re married a year ago. My x husband has evaded the csa for six years now. I keep receiving letters telling me that i am owed so much per week,however i Will not receive anything yet as they need to work out the arrears.. Last Friday they called to ask me if I knew the whereabouts of my x husband. If I did.nt laugh i would cry.

My new husband has been payin for my son for the last 3 years. I have been told by bolton office that once proven that Will be back dated. Dudley who are totally nasty incompetent pigs have disputed that.

We have also been paying through deduction of earnings weekly towards his children.

We have now been told he is in arrears to the amount of £894.00. To pay this off they have decide in their infinite Wisdom to take into £161.00 per week from my husbands wages until they are cleared. God knows what they think he earns per week. In bits.
