Enforcing family law, by cutting corners in criminal law?

I have been back and forth with csa for the past 3-4 months now and every month they do not cease to amaze me…
I’m a 22 year old father of three who is seperated from his ex,

Without going into too much detail the relationship died out a few years ago due to a concern in her mental health.

Since the split it has always been a battle to see my youngest daughter as the mother has sour grapes over the break up.

After months fighting through solicitors and courts she felt her next step wold be to start a csa claim against me… with this i have no argument because i feel it is correct for me to keep up with some sort of payment towards her (even though i take my children every weekend and put money down for whatever they might need or want..

Now this is where it gets interesting…
So back in march i received a letter from csa alongside a form to fill out with all my information,

What i found to be most disturbing is the fact they had (without obtaining ANY information from me) calculated my pay and came to the conclusion I had to pay out £36 per week, this makes no sense as i also have 2 other children to pay out for, do not accept any state benefits and pay towards taxes, rent ad council taxes fully.

After contacting them i explained the case to them as well as the fact i have 2 other children to pay out for..
their reaction was ‘you don’t have any other kids as we would know about it’ (lol very funny i thought) and they also said regardless there decision was final, as soon as i told the lady on the phone i would like to speak to her manager to put forward a complaint she hung up on me…

Few days later i received a call from a manager of csa in regards to my case who was very calm and helpful.. took the relevant information and details, i made sure he assured me they will not try to recover any payments whatsoever until they have calculated the CORRECT amount and then i would pay that..

For once i was happy they assured me every thing would be done fairly.
2 months later i received a letter in the post it the full calculations and i was happy that £32 dropped to £18 and made it more affordable to repay and keep up with further payments… that letter was dated 16th june 2011 and state payments should start fro 14th june 2011 and the payment would be £18.66 again i was very happy as i felt it was all over and we can start as we mean to go on.. they ended that letter by saying they will shortly be in contact to set up payment methods…

Now this is where their criminal activities come out… letter dated 5 july 2011
The letter starts by saying they have asked me for info and i have refused to give it…( when was this as i gave you everything you had asked for) then it says they’ve worked out the payments to be £32 from march to june (?? why is this when your previous letter states payments should start from 14 june 2011 for £18.66 pw) very strange…
Then amended by PEN!! they said payments will changed to the agreed calculation of £18.66 AND THEN IN BOLD MENTIONING THEY WILL FREEZE MY ACCOUNTS, DEDUCT FROM MY EARNINGS AND OR SEND ME TO JAIL

So i called them to find out what was going on as i thought we came to a conclusion, they proceeded to tell me whatever the case is i will have to pay out whatever they ask as they hold priority over any payments across the uk…(is it?? since when was this?) apparently i cant speak to any manager at 1pm on a friday because they are none in the office (convenient) they mentioned something about a future case while the calculations were being made (this was never mentioned to me before or put in writing) the things that were said in that 1hr 38mins converstation were soo shocking i sought legal advise..

The fact of the matter is… csa write these letters and threaten people when really they are hiding behind laws that are not clearly stated or even mentioned so they feel they know more then us or ever worse they feel they have power.

Anything dated and formal written involving money and dates should be taking as it is written not what the csa believe, tomorrow morning i will be with my legal advisor calling these criminals to get them working alongside the law not beside them (wish me luck)

I hope for one day to see the csa and its partners crumble and outed for the vicious criminals they are, untrained sheep in call centres, donkeys behind desks called managers and so called laws and legislations which are not worth the toilet paper they are written on.

I understand i am young and this whole situation has sent me almost over the limit but we al need to realise before parents we are all human and and humans we have rights and it is down to us as the individual to enforce them..
