CSA worked out payments on wrong earnings total

To whom this my concern,

I received a telephone call from the CSA in April, that my soon to be ex wife had applied to the CSA (Natasha Warren), you sent me the forms and asked me to fill them in. Attached to the form was the break down of my earnings and what I should be paying towards for my daughters maintenance (Darcy Warren). The telephone call i experienced with one of your colleges, I explained my circumstances of pay and that the forms attached to my pay earning were incorrect, the was due to myself have been serving abroad with the British army, I noticed that CSA evaluation had been taken from a pay statement whilst I was serving abroad and it didn’t reflect my normal earnings. The reason why my pay was different whilst i was away is because the army subserdise the cost of living whilst abroad.

And i got paid a small bonus on my normal net earnings. could you please look into this matter for me as I believe I will be paying over the required amount for CSA. Also another issue is that you failed to take any payments from me for the month of April and now are telling me I am in Arrears with payments, i was assured by the gentleman that i spoke to over the phone this would not happen and I made sure that the forms were returned through mid April?.

I think the best process of action to take with this is too recontact APC Glasgow and reevaluate my earnings, I am sure they will give yourselves an accurate figure of my basic net PCM Pay and not anything that would be classed as a subsistance allowance.
