CSA will not listen to how much I have to pay

Me ex has filed a claim aginst me for maintenance for a daughter I rarely see and only if and when it’s convenient to her. I’m not against the principal in paying csa buts it their total lack of understand and support for the people that are forced to pay.

The only sentence they understand and ram down your throat when you try pleading with them is “it’s 15% of your net income” they sound like bloody parrots. I am being assessed on my car allowance as well, I have to fully fund my own car from the £400 I get, it’s taxable as well as the £267 I have to pay for the private lease plus the insurance. I’m now desperate to get rid of the car as I can’t afford the payments on top of the £320 a month I have to pay the hell called wife. I’m stuck with this car contract until next Oct.

It’s just not fair that those f**ks at the csa just switch on auto pilot when you call…they don’t give a s**t and I’m new to this csa bollocks and some of the horror stories on here I’m reading makes my hair stand on end .
