CSA wants £800 per month, stuff my family!

I have just had the in contact after many years. I feel that this has something to do with the fact that my ex is getting married and her new partner has been grapped by the csa.

Now before i start i know that she is my child and that i have a duty to pay for her up keep and care. let me start at the begining. When my daughter was still a babes in arms my ex decided to boot me out which was fine. from that point she would not let me have contact in any form. I contacted a solicitor and after a lot of lies on her behalf like my parents house was not a good environment because theres was flys in there.

Guess summer and houses with flys dont exsist in her world.

We then go to family court. We ended up seeing the court welfare officer because she thought she was good and would not give me anything. well she was given her choices and i was given contact. The next thing i let my heart rule because she said she wanted me back and like a fool i cancelled the court proceding at her request and dont know that she had been planning to move far away while we where together untill she had kicked me out and i ordered a takeaway and was informed by the delievery driver.

She moved and i got a phone call stating that i was never going to see my daughter and know where she was. They got in contact with me around four years ago at first money was stated and agreed and i got to see my grown up daughter aged around 12.

She didnt really want to know me and her mum had filled her with a lot of spite against me. The contact lasted around four weeks and then she stopped being around when i called but again the blame put on me. I then found her on face book and again there was lots of rubbish stated that i had lied as my dad was ment to be dead lol. Now she has gone to the CSA and they want to take £800.00 per month. yes im on a good wage but not that good and i have my new family to support but no-one cares.

She took my daughter away from me and made sure that there will never be a relationship. so im sorry to say this why should i payas she choose to walk and not allow me to be involved to be able to pay my daughters way in life. Plus at present she states that she cant take my daughter on holiday because she is getting married but is able to go on nights out spending money on drinks ect. Well this is just my veiw.
