CSA takes no notice of second families and the effect they have on them

Why won’t the csa level 2nd families alone we all understand that we have children from other failed relationships and that we need to pay for the children but when you have been denied access to them it’s not a 50 50 agreement. If these mothers decide to go it alone that should be there choice its hard i know as i spent some tine as a single dad and never received a penny from the csa.you cant ask mums or dads to stay together to look after the children and spend a life in miserey but you cant cripply 2nd famleys ether as it just breeds resent.

The CSA WANT £260. a month out of me i just haven’t got it to give i have a second family and a low income i have tried to contact the but can’t get through as there phone is always on hold i pay for a child that is not my boilaichall child and i’m proud to but with this new bill i think we will lose our home as money is tight at the best of times. My x is still at college i think a very mature student in deed she does not intend to work ever a bit lazy i suppose but ha ho the country can afford to keep her there and shy knows how to milk it.

The bottom line is i don’t mind paying a sensible amount i do want some access even after twelve years i think we could build a good relationship but i don’t know where to look as she just up and left don’t even know why.

Any help would be a god send at the moment.
