CSA rules are unfair

I have a lad who is 9. I went to court to get to see him and ended up going to a contact centre to see him.

Then i was awarded by court to see him one day a week, which she didn’t stick to, but that was ok in her eyes.

While i did get to see him i was paying her £40 per week but csa didnt want to acknowledge this. It’s ended up now that i dont see my little fella and im still paying csa. How can this be right?

She also said he wasnt mine and csa wanted me to pay £400, which i don’t have, to prove he is mine. In my opinion the csa is just another money making scam, nothing new there then.
