CSA refuses to help men see their kids

I have been in dispute with CSA about how much i should or need to pay. (Australia for about 11 years and NOW my debt has climbed to over $24,000 about $10,000 is in penalties.Ex wife used all the excuses under the sun NOT for me to see my 6 children.. Excuses like Abuse, bashing, molestation etc and took out 3 AVO’s and used some of my kids to take out AVO’s.. It cost me over $20,000 in legal fees, YES I WON.

I Never had to hardly say a word in any court action as the Ex crucified herself about the lies and deciet, but in mean time Ex got my children Brainwashed, by saying that I was a bad dad and I abused them and I was stealing money from them and so much other BS. (10 years down the track 3 girls grown up and they relized it was all lies and deciet by their mother..and I now have a good relationship 3 out of 6 kids) The kids told me the technique she used in tricking them into believing untruths.Dirty Filthy antics, and kids were young so believe whatever their Mum said)) I tried going to family court to NO avail as I could NOT afford the exhorbinate fees.

Between $30,000 and $100,000 minimum. Family relationship centres where totaly useless and refused to believe me, as Ex would burst out crying and pretend to be all upset. And she refuses to go to joint counselling, becuase she told them that she was in fear of her life.

My In-laws even wrote lovely references for me but Family Centres refused to accept them. i just gave up..I had to pay off Legal fee’s and other debts, gave her our home and car debt free..

I been in and out of employment, last few years and I couldnt afford the high CSA costs so just paid $10 a week to try to get ahead as I have a life too.. I offered and made it clear via letters and CSA that I would take care of the children, if they came and seen me and or lived with me. Last time I talked to CSA was about April 2012 and I told them that i not making much money and settled on a payment and I asked them to send EVERYTHING via Letter ,NOT via CSA online, which you have to regsiter for. I told them a number of times that day DO NOT set up ONline account.. I heard nothing more from them till October 21st or so when my Bank accounts were frozen and about $5,540 was stolen (Garnisheered) from my bank account… I was ropable..

I rang them and had trouble getting them to ring back took about 2 days, and they denied a lot of things and especialy stealing ALL MY MONEY later on the admitted they had taken it then denied how much they took.. NOW in about Ausgust/september 2012 I had set up myself a small busines to try to get more work and when they stole my money and I mean the whole lot i could NOT even get money to put fuel in my work vehical to go to work.. it was Empty.. stole the lot and took them about 2 weeks to put about $2,000 back in my account to operate my small Business and get to work.. i lost a whole week of work becasue I had no way of geting to work.. ( I am a contract driver and do chainsaw and other odd jobs and have to carry gear about in my ute).. after haveing a huge blue with CSA, and explaining my circumstances, they basicly DID NOT GIVE a STUFF.

My point was they DID NOT give me and opportunity to make more payments or send any letters saying the want to contact me.. i have same address and same Mob number for about 9 years they DID NOT attempt to contact me.. They did say they sent a Letter via CSA ONLINE which I never recieved and they admitted that NO Emails/Letters where actualy opened via CSA online… so what happend they could NOT be bother by sending me a letter or ring me they just went and made it vertualy impossible for me to survive by siphoning ALL my funds and freezing accounts.. i was buggered.

They dont care.. CSA is Crooked and I understand that bewteen 2 and 3 men everyday are committing Suicide because of CSA and their dirty rotten filthy antics and screwing fathers like me..

They REFUSE to help men see their kids and ONLY interested in stealing MONEY from LOVING DADS to feed the greedy Ex wives.. what a totaly uselss system we have, I will always have an ongoing dispute.. I only got 1 child now whom i pay child support to for another 3 years but wont be able to pay off my debt for about another 20 years.. just been ripped off and treated like a criminal..

Legal advice said Nothing 1 can do about this.. so legaly they can rip money from men and nothing we can do about this.. system is RIGGED and Crooked
