CSA refused to let me have a variation form as I already have contact with my children

Utterly incomprehensible…..

I ring up and say, ” Can I have a variance form please as the amount of money you leave me with is too little for me to afford to see my children?”

Them, ”Sorry as you are not already seeing your children you cannot have form in order for you to afford to see your children!”

I am now going to hand in my notice to work as I am no better off working than not and I still don;t see my kids…..

I begrudge my kids not a penny, but if you asked them would you rather Mommy had more money or you see daddy I think it is safe to say they would say see daddy!

Any other walk of life and this would be obscene, but as it’s the CSA it’s ok…
