CSA penalises those without custody

My ex wife claims 341pounds of my wages. I earn 1500 per month my rent is 700 pounds and although the children are not with me I ensure they have a room to stay.

My ex wife refuses Me access and is insisting I take her to court for access this is very expensive. I also need a mobile phone to be contactable by the csa for my job and to maintain phone contact with my children.

I don’t under how such a large chunk of my wages can be given to her when I am struggling with dept from our marriage, and expensive court fees. It seems as though if you are not the one with custody you get penalised.
