CSA mistakenly neglect to take payment

From day one I have always agreed to pay for my tow boys, agreed to pay direct through the CSA by direct debit. The CSA have as usual cocked up and have not taken the payment I do not have paper statements from the bank, so have not noticed they had stopped a year ago.

Due to the incompetence of the CSA I am left with a £2500.00 outstanding debt.This is through no fault of my own but I am the one to suffer, because it has taken the CSA a WHOLE YEAR TO TELL ME… WHY????????.

Mistakes in government bodies are to a degree acceptable but this sort of pure incompetence is not. This will ruin what have been a good year for me sand my two boys, on a sour note.
