CSA just makes no difference

June 25, 2015

I have 3 children with my ex partner aged 18 16 and 12 ive been fighting to get child support for the last 10 years.

My ex partner is a self employed plasterer who earns roughly between 500-600 a week. he refuse point blank to pay any child support he wont answer their letters or phone calls.

The csa finally took him to court last year they finally sent the bailiffs in and altho he is supposed to pay 60 per week he made an agreement that he would pay of his arrears at 10 per week to the baliffs and he would then start making regular payments on top of this threw the csa …he made 4 or 5 10 pound payments and then that’s it hes stopped again.

I don’t understand how he can keep getting away with this he has another partner and 2 children with her now so so hes told the baliffs that everything in their place is hers so basically they’ve said they cant touch him.

Im a total loss of what else to do my eldest child is now not entitled to any support apart from any backing dating money that he owes and my middle child is 17 in a few months so soon he wont be entitled to anything from either …I work 3 jobs to support my children aswell as having M.E.

I honestly thought that when the baliffs went in he wouldn’t be able to keep doing this but apparently its made no difference …he owes thousands of pounds to his children and there doesn’t seem to be anyone who can help.
